Helene combines deep expertise in artificial intelligence, product development, and law, and before co-founding Vind AI, she worked across data science, product management and more. She holds an MSc in Machine Learning from UCL, alongside degrees in mathematics and law from the University of Bergen, including a master’s thesis on AI and copyright. With her blend of technical, product, and legal experience, Helene is driving Vind AI’s mission to reinvent wind project assessment and design.

Jan-Tore brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of offshore engineering, data science, and renewable energy. He earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU, focusing on probabilistic design of offshore wind turbines. In his career, he worked as a data scientist and as a senior data engineer, developing machine learning models for wind and noise prediction. At Vind AI, he heads up technology and innovation, making full use of his academic and industry background in ocean engineering, statistics, and digital infrastructure.

Hilde has a large range of skills across business development, IT, brand management, and finance in both startups and larger companies. Previously serving as Director of Business Development and Data Scientist at Spacemaker, and IT consulting, and more, Hilde combines technical knowledge with strategic and commercial expertise. She holds a Master’s in Economics and Computer Science from NTNU. At Vind AI, Hilde focuses on bridging technology and business to accelerate wind development.
