About

Pauline

Pauline is focused on keeping the customer at the centre of every commercial decision, not just how the team sells, but how it supports customers after the sale, and how that feedback makes its way back into the product. She built Vind AI's commercial organisation around that idea from the start, treating customer success as core to the business rather than something added on afterward.

Her experience covers the full commercial function: project management, customer success, account management, and corporate development, built over close to five years at Cognite, where she moved from Project Manager to Director of Customer Success, then into Account Executive, Senior Director of Corporate Development, and Team Lead for New Business. Before moving into commercial roles, she spent three years as a naval architecture engineer at BW Offshore, running structural and hydrodynamic analyses on FPSOs. This engineering background still shapes how she works with technical customers today.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Vind AI, Pauline leads the team behind the company's 100% user retention record, including the customer advisory panels she runs whenever a new product is in development. Each panel is a small, tight group of customers who meet weekly with the team, testing early versions and answering questions that shape what actually ships. It's a direct line from customer need to product decision, not feedback gathered after the fact.
